What is Dunya Mahla?
Dunya Mahla gives UNEP's #NowForClimate campaign an original Arabic-language youth activation for World Environment Day 2026, at zero cost to UNEP. The activation is built around the words of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, founding father of the United Arab Emirates and one of the modern Arab world's most significant voices of humanitarian and environmental stewardship. His foundational text, "How beautiful this world is, when we choose to see it as such," carries directly into UNEP's 2026 message that climate action depends on the signals we choose to send. Students from over 100 nationalities perform the anthem across more than 20 schools, releasing on 5 June 2026 with #NowForClimate and #DunyaMahla as the official hashtag pairing. The mechanism is built. AIWAH is offering UNEP institutional alignment with a global Arabic-language campaign asset that already has its production, distribution, and youth participation infrastructure in motion.
